Think of the thing you want to save money for and how much money you need for it.
Create a savings "account".
It can be real savings account in a bank or just an envelope in a drawer.
The most important thing is to put the money out of sight or make them les accessible.
Decide if you want to pay a regular amount to it (eg. weekly) or you can take the thing you are saving for "apart". Are you saving for a car? "Buy" yourself a "wheel" or "mirror" every time you add money to the account. Saving for a trip? Add money for "plane ticket", "food", "souvenirs",... Assign how much money each part costs (it doesn't need to be real price). Make sure the amounts are not too big!
Fill the questionnaire bellow and let us make a personalised game plan for you!
Print your game plan and colour your progress every time you "buy a piece" until you have the whole amount. Add money whenever you want or make the same commitment as with the general saving game plan and add fixed amount regularly.
