Let's assume you have a job that gives you certain income.

Create a savings "account". It can be real savings account in a bank or just an envelope in a drawer. The most important thing is to put the money out of sight or make them less accessible.

Count how many hours you worked last month.

Set reasonable amount of money you can pay to yourself per hour you worked eg. 1$/hour (This is based on your income. If you are not sure, pick as low as you can and if you handeled it for a month let's give yourself a raise next month.)

Pay yourself from your paycheque to your savings "account" for your last month's hours right after you'll get your paycheque. Eg. if you set 1$/hour and you've worked for 250 hours, pay yourself 250$. If you set 0,5$/hour, pay yourself 125$, etc.
